Before we made our deposit, they were not only very pleasant to work with, but were very timely in responding to us. The minute we gave them our deposit, they became a NIGHTMARE to work with! I would estimate that their average response time was between 7-10 days. We constantly had to call, leave a voice-mail, text, send them an email and wait multiple DAYS for them to respond. In addition, EACH time we met with Vanessa, the price went up at least several hundreds of dollars because SHE FORGOT to add something. This was done after we already signed the contract, but she insisted that the add-ons were necessary. Even 1 week before the wedding, the price went up almost $2000. She constantly made mistakes on the updated contract price, and when I pointed out her mistakes, the price would go up even further. We paid for an EXTRA 40 plates, but somehow managed to run out of food and appetizers. Every time a guest would stand up to go to the bar to get a drink, a waiter would take away their UNTOUCHED food! I had multiple guests complain to me that they did not eat because their food was taken away! We purchased a tasting with their chief, and went over the menu and food portion sizes. The chicken meal served was not the dish we paid for, and the steak was a completely different type of steak. The portion sizes were about a 1/3 the size of the said portion size. The bridal party table was not the first table served! We were not served until halfway through dinner. We rented salad plates, and half of our guests were served salad in soup bowls. Not once did any of the waiters/waitresses come up to me, the bride, to see if I needed anything, or to ask me HOW I WAS DOING. We paid for unlimited drinks, but they ran out of water. My uncle had to run to the nearest grocery store to buy bottled water. THEY SERVED MY WEDDING CAKE BEFORE I CUT THE CAKE, 45 minutes before the scheduled time! They basically did not follow the itinerary at all. The sound during the ceremony and reception was HORRIBLE! We paid extra for “extra sound” and a “special mixing board” but the sound went out MULTIPLE times during the ceremony. This will affect our wedding video because our videographers plugged into their sound system. Again, we paid extra for “extra sound” but there were only 2 speakers for the whole reception hall. No one in the back could hear what was going on, and many of our guests missed the announcements and the toasts. They knew the size of the reception area, and assured us beforehand that they could handle the space. Overall, they were very unprofessional! My wedding was worse than any of my nightmares! I felt like it was their first wedding. I am still waiting for an apology. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but they still have not returned any my calls. I can honestly say that they ruined my wedding. On a positive note, the bartenders were great! I had many complements on them!
