This company was horrible. We had our event and they showed up late. Other than being late, you could not get in contact with them unless they needed money or a check from you. Any other issues or questions that you had were not answered until a check was due to them. Read the contract. If you put an initial deposit down, you will not be able to get it back if you do not want to work with them. The issues started occurring after our initial deposit was received. It seemed like it was a problem if you decided to not go with their decision as on venue, etc. We had our own venue but they wanted us to use their venue and to plan ALL the logistics of our event. They are very rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to speak to customers, look professional while conducting business, call you during business hours (instead of 10pm), and arrive on time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just love the work they had done for us on our event. I had a event for 300 at Hampton Conference Center were with these miracle hands catering handle everything. The food was great and the venue was wonderful. I would recommend this catering company to you and anyone else. Bernadette Productions
