I called them to get a quote on an inflatable for an end of September party. The woman who answered the phone was rude, condescending and would not negotiate one bit on the price. Plus, she wanted to charge me $30 delivery and we live right down the street. In this economy I am glad to see they are able to turn down local cash paying customers. I will never use them and I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends and neighbors. Needless to say, I found another local business with much better prices and with a very polite demeanor. This other company will be getting my repeat business year after year. Windy City, shame on you.
