"Be Careful!!"

I hired Whitney Photography and Video to photograph and film my wedding. A large reason I selected them was because many photographers did not offer unlimited time coverage, however Whitney Photography and video did based on the advertisement on their website that states "Unlimited Event Coverage". Mid-way through my reception, when I was in the dead center of the dance floor enjoying the greatest day of my life, Ben approached me and told me they were leaving asking if I needed anything else and left 1.5 hours before I did, not even catching our exit. When brought to their attention after returning from our honeymoon, they became defensive and were not willing to work with me on this or were they apologetic in the least. They made it seem as if it was our fault (very professional). When offered an agreement to settle the issue, they informed me they needed to "pray about it" (even though they did not advertise themselves as a religious based company who does business through prayer). Instead of praying, they had a representative contact me informing me that I could no longer deal with the Whitneys and must go through him. So, in addition to not fulfilling their contract they also used the excuse of prayer to buy themselves time. rnrnrnAfter 4 months, we finally received our product. I had to edit the album 5 times because they repeatedly failed to pay attention to the changes that I requested be made. The pictures in the final album are orange and we look like cartoon characters. I could have made the exact album on snapfish or Vista Print for the same quality. The video neglects many great moments from my wedding. Per their request, I provided 6 songs to include in the video and they only used 4, and then added a ridiculous song that I did not request. Additionally, there is not one photo of my mother and I or my brothers and I. Just the few family photos that were taken. Again, they blamed me for not telling them ON MY WEDDING DAY what to do or how to do their job. Brides, we dont pay $4000 to amateurs. We DEFINITELY dont need to be concerned with telling our vendors what to do. All we should be thinking about is the amazingness of being with our best friends forever. Save yourself the money and the drama.rn
