Vin-Chet Pastry Shop has been creating extraordinary wedding cakes, cakes, pies, cookies, pastries, desserts, breads, rolls, and other baked goods for Buffalo and Western New York since 1946.



Unlike our trendy competitors, we still make all of our dough from scratch with the finest natural ingredients, using the same recipes for 60 years. We make our bread by hand, roll out our own homemade pie crusts, make our cookies with real butter, and use real heavy cream in our whipped cream cakes. And we never use preservatives.
