I ordered 4 different things from this lady for my wedding this past October (2010). I ordered everything about 7 months prior to the wedding and she kept in touch with me for awhile. Then I started asking when I would be receiving everything and she said I would get everything by the middle of July. Then she pushed it back to the beginning of August, then until the end of August. Then she said she would get it to me by the beginning of September. Eventually she stopped responding to me all together for about a month. I emailed and called every single day to no avail. Eventually she responded by telling me she had things going on that were making her less than professional, but that it had not effected what she was making for me. She said she would get everything to me before the wedding. She sent me an email the day before the wedding stating that she was done and could overnight everything to me. Needless to say, I never received anything!!!! Then, when I called and emailed after the wedding to get my money back I was completely ignored. I am now working with my credit card company to get all my money back and I am trying to contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I don't recommend the use of this woman or the site.
