"Never got our albums or video :("

We loved Mr. Smith... at first. We went to his house to see his work and I was delighted. During the wedding everything went just fine, but after the wedding we kept getting billed, so we sent proof of all payments to Mr. Smith and he said he had checked and we didn't owe anything, it had been a mistake and we had already made all the payments even before we were suppose to. Over a year later (our wedding was July 2009), all we have gotten are the 2 DVDs with the pictures. We never received 3 albums that we ordered, an online site for the family and friends who were unable to come to the wedding to see the pictures, or the video. We even asked to have the unedited video sent to us and that we would edit it but have gotten no response...
