They have the most horrible customer service ever. They will return a call personally to u or an email as long as they are trying to collect deposit. They cancelled on me the night before a daddy daughter dance and refused to return any call, email or anything or deal with me personally. I am still waiting to receive a $100 deposit back for their H2 stretch hummer, in which I've reported them. They are crooks. It was booked a month in advance and I deserved some kind of communication from a person. Then he wanted CC information sent to him in text, in which I know better to do that. Go elsewhere!!! This was the worst limo service ever. And they just about ruined a very special night for 13 little girls! And I still had to pay the deposit to the new one out of pocket again, since they wouldn't refund mine!!!!!!
