"Tip-Top, the Clown" is a tall, friendly, polite white-face clown with colorful clothing including blue hair, a black felt beret, rainbow suspenders, ruffled tuxedo shirt, and blue sequins.
He serves your party as a Balloon Twister, Face-Painter, Storyteller, and Game Leader. Party packages include stickers and suckers. He can bring his own tent or set up underneath a shady tree. Birthdays start at $130.00 for up to 12 children. (Time: 90 min.-2 hrs.) Deposit of 50% down to reserve time and date.

Tip top is a great clown and has performed for our girls birthday parties several times. He has also worked the Greek festival for several years. Excellent w/ kids, patient, and has a good rapport w/ them. Highly recommend!
