"Wish We Didn't Waste Our Money"

We had booked a session with Timeless Smiles Photography a month ago. We paid for a 2 hour session and 2 cds. After a couple of weeks I had asked when we might see our photos on her website or even have our discs. She informed me that the photos would be up that weekend on her website. I waited a week and nothing was up on her website. Again after trying to contact her she avoided my calls and emails till I had posted the urgency on her facebook page. Which she promptly deleted. She then emails me and tells me that she mailed out the cds a week ago. We do not live so far away that it should take a week for the mail to get here. So I call and email and again nothing. She finally responds telling me she is not home and does not have time to meet me to give me the cds we paid for. Later the next day she emails and tells me she can meet but I only have minutes to get where she is which well over 10 miles from my home. We haul arse to get to her. We get home excited to see the photos we put them in the computer only to see 40 different shots and at least 5 of them mine or my husbands eyes are closed. I balled. These photos where for my family for an upcoming deployment. Please use someone who will take more time and be more organized and professional with their photos. So that you are not out like we are.
