Our experience with Trisha and Thrive was one of the worst in my life. Hired Thrive for my son's wedding and spent over $2,000. The wedding party flowers fell apart on the car ride to the church or in the church. Her answer was they aren't meant to last past the church and are delicate. Are you kidding me? The flowers aren't going to last through the wedding day and reception? And these didn't even make it through the church. Then she wanted proof and pictures. Expect rambling emails, the most difficult and confusing contract which does not detail the cost of each item you ordered and being constantly reprimanded and made to feel like a lying idot. I can't believe Thrive has any business when Trisha treats her customers like this. Horrible experience, especially for the money we spent. She should be ashamed of herself. I have her emails to prove everything I have posted.
