Thorewood Castle Inn & Gardens is a 30,000 square foot English Tudor Castle, now a luxury Bed & Breakfast on 4 acres, on American Lake in Lakewood (near Tacoma), WA. We have a beauitiful sunken English Garden, originally designed by the Olmstead Brothers. The Stephen King miniseries "Rose Red" was recently filmed here. Built in 1911, it is the only building of it's kind in the United States. We also host weddings and coporate events and we can cater your event our you can provide your own.
