I was sent an arrangement from this florist that was ordered thru Teleflora for Valentines Day. First it was not what the person ordered not even close! Second, it was not delivered to my place of business until after 5pm and I had left for the day, so I didn't receive it on Valentines Day. The arrangement was supposed to be 2 dz roses, it was one and the most pitiful arrangement I have ever seen. (and I've received a lot of flowers in my life!) I did call to complain and they did bring a replacement arrangment (still only 1 doz roses) but 2 days later. Would definitely not recommend.
