"Nice hall but rude service"

The person we met and spoke with was very rude. The hall is beautiful and has a wonderful view but we did not end up choosing this place because of the hostile attitude we were given. Hospitality means alot to us, we did not want to recieve a bad attitude on one of our most special days of our lives. I don't know if we just caught him on a extrememly bad day but I believe everyone especially people that are going to trust you with their money should be treated with respect.
