RENTAL RATES for The Foundry depend on the type of event, which spaces are being used, day of week/time of year, duration of the rental and the number of people involved.
For SIT-DOWN DINNERS, LUNCHEONS, PARTIES, WEDDINGS, and SPECIAL EVENTS The inside of The Foundry seats a maximum of 125 people including room for a dance floor. For larger events we can accomodate up to 160 under a tent in the courtyard.
For COCKTAIL PARTIES or STAND-UP EVENTS The inside of The Foundry can comfortably accomodate 200 people. The maximum capacity using both the inside and a tent in the courtyard is 350.
The Foundry provides banquet facilities packages from $2,500 to $10,000.00
