It was a constant struggle with Daisy the Director. We had specific request to be nut free as our child has an allergy. We booked over a year in advance and explicitly list Nut Allergy on contract. As we got closer we reminded Daisy about the allergy. Five minutes before the ceremony Daisy asks us if the food was manufactured in factory that processes nuts is a problem. She had over a year to read a box label but looked at it 5 mins before we start. Look for another venue for your event
