I was a bit uncertain about going to visit this company because of the reviews but I decided to try them out because of the low rates. I made an appointment and from the moment I called the girl who answered was very courteous and I received great customer service. I signed a contract and was very happy. I received brand new chairs for my wedding (was not expecting that at all), the delivery was on time the day of the event and the set up was amazing and the chairs were picked up as promised. Don't let the bad reviews hold you back from calling them. I will definitely use them for all my future events!!!!

I was given a warning prior to drawing up a contract for our wedding right at their door from a previous customer and turns out it was true...they are very unprofessional, rude, procrastinators and they do not set up after charging you a set up fee. Even though the manager of our venue was inside of our venue the day before our wedding they delivered our products and didnt set up as paid for. When we brought it to their attention (after at least 20 calls back to back) they harrassed us and said that just for calling them and claiming what was rightfully paid for, their "set up service", they told us you're full of $h!t, go to hell and threatened to come pick up all of our rented items and they made it clear they were not going to give us our money back. Mind you we were doing them a favor at the same time because there was a terrible storm coming and their products would have gotten drenched...screwing up our wedding and then most likely having them come after us for damaged goods when it was their fault to begin with. SO, I do not recommend The Chivari Chair Boutique because they do not render the services set forth on their contract and treat their customers like scum. They just drop off and go! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! AVOID THE HASSLE!!
