By far the worse costumer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy is not all that bad but his wife has no business dealing with the public. She has a filthy dirty mouth and resorts to cursing at the customers. She should not even be working in the back. Keep her in the basement. That’s where she belongs. This place should be called the CRAP Shack.
