I bought a deal off of groupon from them and I had the worst experience. The people were nice right up until they switched buildings and all of a sudden they must have felt like they came up and now they can be snobby and rude. I was having issues finding the new place that i was never informed ahead of time was moving. Then, when I was close by and had to turn around in traffic no oneanswered the phones. Then, there was no sign that you can see unless you were walking right along the building. The front desk staff was rude, one of the doctors was rude, and it was just a horrible pitiful mess that they could have handled much differently. It all boils down to customer service in which they lack. I'm sure this is why they need groupon to bring in customers. This angers me because they lost money from me because on the day they decided to lose there mind, I was about to add on to my services and get my mom and others to come there too. Well of course I told them not to go and will never go back again. They take your money then treat you like crap. Don't wast your time. Good prices aren't always good people. They are good if you are willing to be treated any kind of way. (I didn't even tell the whole store, but I have written a long enough book right now...) It was such a horrible experience the one time they needed to have given their very best that I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star; I wish I could have given them 0 stars! It was too late to get a refund from groupon, but I wish I could have!!! they deserve no good fortunes!!! I know the prices look good, but you would be better passing them up! Well at least this is true about the Irving, no Las Colinas one for sure!
