At the base of Mount Equinox, the Battenkill Inn is a B&B offering gracious country accommodations, just minutes from Manchester. The classic 1840 Inn has high ceilings and marble fireplaces. Nine distinctive guest rooms and two luxury suites, each with a private bathroom, are decorated with antiques. Several rooms have working fireplaces and some open onto porches looking out over the Inn's seven acres and on to the Battenkill River and Green Mountains. An antique barn has been carefully restored to provide a gathering place for weddings and other events during the summer and fall.
