I have enjoyed Michael Craggs culinary creations on several different occasions. Each time he completely astonishes and amazes his guests with such delights as Flank steak w/Gorgonzola, Filet Mignon and even a Spicy Mexican Meatball soup that is just delicious! I recommend Michael and his Team in the highest culinary regard possible. Michael truly has earned the 5 Star rating because of his talents, consistency, creativity and his ability to make any occasion the most memorable one you'll ever have.

When you go to a wedding, the thing most people remember is the bride, the dancing or who got drunk. At this wedding, all people could talk about was the food!!! I heard this chef was from the Ritz Carlton -- oh my gosh!!! The meat was more flavorful and tender than I have ever tasted before. The presentation on the plate was like art work. I highly recommend Temecula Catering.
