Rev. R. (Ginger) Cowan, is a Ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church. She is a Notary Public and Agent for the County of Los Angeles, authorized to issue the couple's marriage license and officiate at the wedding. Ginger writes the wedding vows with care and love. She specializes in small 'no-fuss' weddings for both heterosexual and same-sex couples. The wedding area although small (can just hold 10 guests) is very pretty.
