"THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DAY!"

I had dealt with Sweet Dreams Inn in 2006-2007. I booked my April wedding ceremony area in the Tiki area and also booked the reception hall there too. The price was right as it was my soon to be husband and I paying for it. However, my beef with them is: The morning of my wedding, I showed up at noon to decorate the hall and get into my room (which was also included in price) for my girls and I to get ready...The hall was condemned by the Fire Marshall, there was never a call to me, the pool was black/green, blind mosquitos all over, and the Tiki area was supposed to be cleared of all airplanes and it wasn't. Not only all that crap, but to top it off, I had to fight with them to get my money back, crying my eyes out, they refused at first until I threatened to turn them into Bay News 9 and 8 On Your Side. After about 2 hours of arguing with them, they finally credited my card with the whole $945 which would take 24 hours to be on there. I informed them that if it was not on my card within 24 hours, I would contact an attorney. After all this mess, I was supposed to get married at 4pm, I had to push the wedding out to 6pm and a dear, close friend of ours, offered his place to get married at. I am not happy with this facility, even after 4 years, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, nor do I ever intend of saying anything good. I am a very sore and scorn married woman now.
