We worked with Bill to provide shuttle service to and from our venue/hotel on our wedding day. Let me say that Bill was extremely professional, punctual and helped make our day great. My issue is with what happened three weeks after our wedding. One of our guests lost her purse/cell phone that night and had called the venue, hotel and shuttle. All locations said they did not have it. Fast forward three weeks and I receive a call from someone at Sunshine Shuttles saying a purse was found and that we could come pick it up. This was great news and we were excited that it was found even if it was three weeks later. We live out of town so we sent my wife's parents to pick it up. Later, I found out they were charged $25. This was explained as a fee to keep their drivers honest. Charging a fee to return someone else's property under the guise of keeping their drivers honest is ridiculous. Shouldn't the drivers be honest without nickel and diming customers? Overall the service was good but the bogus fee to babysit a purse for three weeks left a bad taste in my mouth.
