    Bad service

I warn you do not trust Chris (Summer of solace producer) with your special day. He is absoultely horrible and can't deliver anything on time. He need to stop advertising what he can do. My wedding DVD was horrible and the format was wrong. For example, guest dancing doesn't come before the blessing of the food! Spend a little bit more money and go with a REAL production company except an amateur!

Vendor response: This "Client" also did not provide a schedule, or any sort of media with the plan for what was happening when during the day. This impacted all aspects of production from recording what was and was not important to the order of how things should progress on the DVD. Failure to provide a detailed plan of your wedding to someone who is supposed to document your special day is a failure on the part of the client. Someone outside of the wedding party can't be held responsible for poor order of events when they have no prior knowledge of the program of the event. Also, It takes more time to produce a DVD if a client does not supply said schedule and other items such as photos they would like to be included. To those reading this, I would recommend that when your videographer sets a meeting with you and you agree with the time. SHow up when you say you will and be on time, Video work is time consuming and requires a lot of work. If you don't make it to meetings or you cancel multiple times before you finally do show up you are costing the person you have paid to do a little work for you more than you initially paid them and you will get your DVD long after the agreed upon date, a product of missing meetings. Every time you reschedule you make it harder for someone to be able to get you your DVD because the longer you wait the less time there is unless you plan to pay your videographer lost revenues for canceling 3 or 4 meetings before you finally show up.
This is the subjective opinion of an independent reviewer and not of Decidio, Inc.
