im not a cake person, but those vanilla cupcakes were the best i ve ever tasted, they were so good it was sinful. Never had a problem with service, it s a small store, so you get personalized service, it s no walmart thats for sure. People are always friendly. Store does smell of vanilla, smells really nice.

Not quite sure what the review below me was all about, but I thought Sugar Queen Cupcakes in Willowbend was AMAZING...literally!! The cupcakes are very reasonably priced and taste SO good. Practically melt in your mouth! The girls that work there were all very nice and answered all of my questions. The store smelt of a sweet vanilla, people were walking in before and after me just to stop and smell! If you had a bad experience here then you must have walked in to the wrong place! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! The cupcake bouquets are incredible! I will have to keep that in mind around christmas time!

I have been to both locations thinking it might be different but still very rude behavior, unprofessional responses when questions were asked. Very filthy looking - and feeling. Didn't smell good - something smelled like it had been out too long. Never going back. Cannot recommend to my friends.
