We had reservations to take a Christmas light tour and it snowed so hard they had the interstate shut down. Johnny at Sugar Creek told us that it wasn't his fault it snowed and that we could not get a refund since he made his drivers go to work. Will never do business with this crook

My name is Jennifer from NY. My family recently came to Nashville and took a carriage ride with this company. The service was terrible!!! During the ride we noticed dog hair on everything including our clothes, the driver didnt tell us much of anything as he was talking to the dog the whole time! Also he stops beside another carriage and just starts being very rude, calling names and even cursing them!!! I absolutely don't suggest this company if you are looking for a carriage ride in Nashville!!!!!!!!!
