For an office meeting, I had ordered 14 cupcakes made up of multiple flavors. when I picked them up the owner told me how to label them (which flavor each one was) in the boxes. Mine was the wrong flavor, which means 2 others were too! I called that day and left a message (Saturday) and still by Monday never recieved a call back to fix this problem. You don't order and pay for a chocolate cake only to receive a strawberry cake. It's not what I paid for.
