We spent about 6 months looking at photographers. We came across Studio C and met with Susan and then a second meeting with one of her other photographers, also named Susan. They were both very outgoing and friendly, easy to be around, and great communicators. We narrowed it down to studio C and one other, and decided on Studio C when a friend mentioned being at a wedding that they had shot for her cousin, and how great the photos were. We got a $2400 package with 2 photographers, and had Susan (the owner) and Steve. Wow! It was great from start to finish. We got ready at Hilton Garden Inn, our wedding was at St Johns and then Dutch's Daughter. Susan was with me, Steve with my then-fiancee. Both of them were relaxed, pleasant, fun, and they relaxed US. They were also familiar with all 3 of our venues. They kept everything going smoothly, worked well with the DJ (whom they had recommended) and got THE most amazing shots! Dutch Daughter has a parking lot in front and a freeway in back, and I kept wondering how and where to get good pics there, but they knew every nook and cranny, inside and out. Our pictures were really amazing, they shot us on the sides of the building, in the Dungeon Patio downstairs, against the Gargoyles statues around the building, even in the elevator with my husband dipping and kissing me. It is worth mentioning that we had FUN doing all this, it wasn't annoying or like work, nor did it take forever. I have been at weddings where the photographers are either lame ducks, or TOO crazy and take forever shooting posed and staged pictures. These 2 were just right, and again, the photos were exceptional. Our package came with a huge Italian book and 2 parent books and things, the parent books came fast but the Italian book did take 5 months to get, but they had warned me about this upfront, so I cannot complain. I have since referred them to 2 friends for their weddings, and they are as happy as we are. They have a staff of several photographers, try to get Susan and Steven if you can. A plus plus!
