they used to run this run down company with a very few caring people who truly tried to make it up to the clients, renting limousines, owner sucked. a hustler. and boy if you call that a limousine I dont know what would you call a real limousine if you see one. :) rented from them a couple of times, ( that was due the schools graduation days and the good ones were already booked out) so we had no choice to go with the cheapest of all in all grounds.....and no way would I recommend any services these guys ever offer, it is horrible. all the time they said uh the car was just in the mechanic, the other one said well the battery is dead in the bus, and had to wait for someone to give us a jump', CD player, was not working, driver seemed like had rented those cloths from an old undertaker, hair messed up, long, unshaved beard, nasty, rude...you name it Friday the 13 experience in that night we would say that too. Although a couple of years ago, I still think of that horrible night. What found out later was that I was not the only one complaining there were other customers who also had a horrible experience. Car smelled of a smokers car, windows would not open, at least one did not, they advertised for moon roof, it was a moon roof alright just no moon was viewable, the slider did not work, the buttons were all goofed up, the bus was an old limo bus I guess bought in an auction which needed a LOTS of repair and the owner apparently just squeezed the clients out of their money and never spent a dime on his cars.... guess that is what LLC stands for ; Loud and Looney Cars. Driver was confused why the bus was not running anymore, the battery dead in the middle of the city, waiting for an hour for a couple of old ass limousines were sent out, they put all the people in different cars while we wanted to be together, no apologies, we had had heard they were not good at all but tried to give him a chance to make up, the owner is like a fox, tries to hassle you out of your money with all the wrong advertisements and words. Starlight Entertainment and limousine services LLC is a joke, they need to step aside so the real professionals could the job. I am happy they are gone or ran away from Michigan. They cheated a lot of people out of their money for a service that was not even worth a buck. I am happy I found this page, I have been looking for them, they are no more in Romulus, Michigan, Thank God, and hope they will not attempt to make another so called limousine company. They were horrible. it would be unfair not to mention that the other drivers ( of the two back up limousines if you could call it) who were to drive us back home, were real nice, they were I believe both from russia or east Europe a kind lady and guy. never got their names right.
