Went to John for color and highlights. Asked for medium brown with blonde hilights. Left looking like Elvira with no highlights, much too severe. John claimed highlights would show through, they didn't. Went back a few days later for highlights and to lighten the color. Even had a picture of excatly what I wanted. Then he puts a toner in the color of the highlights and now it's too light and no contrast. I hate it and I will have to spend money elsewhere to get what I asked for, after spending over $300 here. And, they charge to blow out your hair, even after "fixing" it. They expect you to walk through the mall with wet hair? And they charged for the toner both times, even though it was being fixed. Spalsh is overpriced and overhyped.
