"Never got printed pictures"

I had my wedding in November 2011. Estella was supposed to take my pictures but the day of the wedding sent her assistant. It took me almost nine months just to get the CD of the wedding.She kept coming up with different reasons on why she had not gotten them done yet. I finally had to go through her assistant because I couldn't get a hold of Estella after several attempts of calling and emailing her. Both of her numbers were disconnected. I still ended up not getting my printed pictures that were promised through the contract that I had signed. If it wasn't for her assistant helping me out, I wouldn't even had gotten 1 picture. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Stella took pictures of my son's holy communion and we paid her a 20.00 deposit and ordered a few prints. She told me she would call me to set up a time for me to pick up my prints and pay the balance owed for any additional photos. That was in May of 2011 I have called 302-3478 and it is disconnected her website is listede here. photoreflect/store/store.aspx?p44358 I went to it and emailed her and she replied once that she would call me and that was several months ago. I am not upset about the 20.00 but upset that I do not have memories of my son's holy communion. She is not a professional and has not kept her end of the deal. All she did was take the money and never produced any pictures. I reported her to the church and let them know what she did and they did not contract her she was and idependant photographer. I would not recommed her to anyone.
