"Most Unacceptable experience"

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, disgusting, rude company in my entire life. The limo that I was picked up in this weekend looked as if it had been garaged for years. It had the most horrific odor inside, not to mention mold stains, missing vents, door handles hanging off, dirty wine glasses, ceiling fabric hanging down, scratched windows, hole in the seat, ripped carpet, torn apart roof and huge spider web. When I called the owner with details of our experience he was anything but understanding. He was rude, used inappropriate language and sexual insinuations. He told me he didn't care, he already charged my credit card. In response to the odor of the limo, Steve's response was "it was probably your breath". This is just beyond rude and I can not comprehend this entire experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Southern New England Limousine yesterday to bring my family and myself out to a few wineries for my step dad's 50th birthday. As we approached the limo,the driver immediately apologized for the poor shape the roof was in. We got into the limo and noticed it was old and worn inside with broken handles. As he drove on, there was a terrible smell like that of a dead animal. My brother saw webs around which gave the indication that this limo was taken out of storage for some reason. We tried to make the best of it, but my brother was getting sick from the smell. When we arrived at the first winery, he stated that there is no way he can get back into that disgusting limo. My Mom went out to tell the driver that this is unacceptable and to take 2 of us back to where we were picked up so we can take our own car back to pick up the others. The driver said he understands and he can find 30 things wrong with this limo, but he has to take out what the owner tells him to. I called the owner this morning and he did nothing but insult me telling me it was my breath that smelled and other profanities and disgusting remarks about what he would do with my Mother that I will not repeat. I was shocked at how unprofessional he handled this matter and he refused to refund some of our money telling me I was just trying to get out of paying for this. He said he has my credit card # and there wasn't anything I could do about this. How disturbing to think there are business owners like this guy, Scott. My family & I are very reasonable, professional people and never did we expect to get the results we got from this terrible experience.

"The Absolute Worst Experience And On My Wedding Day!"

Almost a year ago we used them for our wedding. My wife laid out a series of places to stop for photos after the ceremony and before the reception, no one ever told us there would be a time issue, however, there was and it turned out to be the least of our concerns. The driver showed up ragged and obviously hung-over in a mismatched suit. Even though we were on time for everything he repeatedly told others without provocation that everyone in our party was always running late; even though we showed up early to each location. The bus itself was leaking as it was raining that day, but it was leaking from EVERYWHERE; light fixtures, safety hatches, windows, seals, etc. While it’s pouring our driver is taking turns at over 60 MPH on back country roads. There was an off duty police officer in the bus with us who not only saw the speed, but made a comment about our safety at that speed to which the driver would not reply. Eventually, we got to our first picture location at my wife’s home where all of her parents friends were having a party before the reception started. Due to the weather we chose to shorten the pictures drastically and only have four of us disembark for the photos, everyone else remained and instead of a 30 minute shoot, it would only take 10. During the shoot and in front of the photographer and videographer, the driver made several rude comments about wasting time and was overly aggressive to the female photographer about speeding up the time. I asked once for him to be patient, he continued, I asked again in a more businesslike approach to which he said ‘You can’t keep me here, I’m leaving with or without you.’ I followed after him explaining that we paid in full, including the required tip, to which he said he felt we were trying to ‘keep him there against his will’ and he called the local police to have me arrested. At this point what should have taken 10 minutes turned into over 45 as two local police showed up, took his statement, and told him to leave the property as he was not welcome and that no charges could be filed. We even got a copy of the report to show that there were no charges to even be placed. 5 attorneys and two off duty cops were present as this all went down. Even our photographers offered up that they had never seen anything like this before and would not recommend this company to anyone as they were SO OVERLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. When we contacted the owner of the company after the wedding, he stood by his driver; regardless of the interviews from the other third party vendors, the police report, and our own complaints, he stood by the driver because ‘he’s known him for a long time and he knows my kids’. That was his reasoning. When we asked for a pro-rated refund as he never drove us to the reception, our family members did, he said the best he would do is offer us a free night out in one of their cars. Obviously, that was not acceptable. I am a businessman and use car services all over the country three or four times a month and I have never EVER had such a bad experience or even one as close to this. Considering this was someone’s wedding, I would have thought there would be some responsibility taken by this company, but there was none, and they only proved that they are a no good bunch of cheats. If you choose to use this company, you are making a grave mistake and I feel sorry for you.
