"Beautiful wedding, Bad customer service"

Kelli did make our wedding beautiful BUT she messed up on so many things. I think she may be in over her head, taking on too many events at once and not being able to give each event the attention deserved for the amount of money she charges. I ended up having to do a lot of the work myself because she was apparently too busy with other things. She decided to take on an event the night before our wedding and did not come to our rehearsal, and she did not fill in the woman that took her place that night, so it was a disaster (and pointless). Furthermore, she did not follow my instructions and made MANY mistakes, going WAY (over 10K) out of the budget, delivering gift boxes to the wrong hotels, not telling the string trio to play the correct music at the ceremony, telling me to buy toasting glasses but not arranging for champagne at the wedding, and not initiating a bouqet toss. These are just a few of the many mistakes (my list is too long for this review). She really does not care about price so I would only pick her if I had an endless amount of money to spend and had no personal preference (since Kelli can apparently only do things her way.) Also beware: She will charge you a ton of money for linen rentals from her own company (55 dollars per tablecloth?!). **She favors vendors over the bride and groom's preferences.** She is also REALLY BAD at returning phonecalls and emails and she DOESN'T DO WHAT SHE SAYS SHE'LL DO. On top of all of this, when I called her out on (some) things, she never apologized or tried to fix it, but instead said she didn't know, even though I remember specifically telling her MULTIPLE TIMES. I really regret choosing her and I hope that she is better to other brides, because I unfortunately did not have the best experience with her.
