I booked Misty McClure to do our wedding in November 2011. The total cost was $500. We paid her $250 via mail and paid her $200 the day of our wedding. We were told it would by 6 to 8 weeks before she finished our video. When it was finished we were to pay the final $50. First of all she was an hour late to our wedding causing us to postpone it until she got there. Second, she never called me after 8 weeks. I ended up calling her in February and she told me was behind, but I will be getting it in a few weeks. I called her again and March. She apologized and stated she was going to spend it out by the end of the week. After 2 weeks went by I called her, texted her, e-mailed her and didn't get reply back. Still until this day she hasn't returned any of calls, texts or e-mails. Still no video and I'm out of $450. I recently sent her a message on her facebook page and still no response!! So, I'm gonna to file a lawsuit against her and settle this matter in court. Anyone else that is going through this with her, feel free to contact me and we can figure out something together...

I booked Misty McClure of Silver Spotlight Productions to film my wedding in November of 2011. Her contract stated that she would have the final product to me by January, 2012. It is now almost May, 2012, and I have yet to receive my video. On two occasions after the January deadline, I contacted Miss McClure by phone to inquire as to the whereabouts of my video and was told on both occasions that she would get it to me by the end of the week. She is now avoiding my phone calls and has not responded to any emails sent to her. My husband and I went to the address listed on her website and were told that no such person occupied this address. Silver Spotlight Productions received prompt payment for their services and have yet to deliver the video nearly six months later. No effort has been made to provide the finished video, the raw footage, or a refund of any money paid. I intend to pursue this in a legal area and would advise that others avoid doing business with Silver Spotlight Productions so that they do not find themselves in my current position.
