"talk about dissappointment"

We were very disappointed in his services on 02/12/11 and we would never recommend him for services. I asked for a cascading bouquet wrapped in ivory satin, he designed a bouquet with a silver holder. We requested two tall arrangements for our reception table, he did not deliver or reimburse us. 24 vases each to be decorated with a specific flower, daffodils, roses. tulips etc... instead each was a mix. The lodge was not cleaned when they arrived so they left everything and gave instructions to a 78yr old woman on how to decorate our arrangements. Ed never personally called us to tell us what was going on. My mothers vase had no water in it and Ed blamed the lodge. Ed said if we booked with Oppulent Cakes he would decorate our cake with fresh flowers, which he did not (he did not even leave extra flowers). Needless to say we were not impressed and very disappointed. They did whatever they wanted and we paid for it. Ed never would call us back after we contacted him about everything, the only way he would communicate was through email. Even if he has it in black and white, he is not to be trusted. If I had a question or concern he told me not to worry, he would take care of everything, he told me to worry about my hair and nails instead. And they will talk about it? No, not about the flowers, our guest were impressed with how good the cake, catering and photo booth was. He can blame everyone else but bottom line is it is his name and his business on the line.
