Signature Cakes by Paul, Inc. is owned and operated by Pastry Chef Paul Collins, and is by appointment only. He has been the pastry chef at Epping Forest Yacht Club for over 18 years. Chef Paul personally makes Elegant Wedding Cakes, Artistic Groom's Cakes, and Decadent Pastries. His custom cakes start at $4.00 per person, and are completely made from scratch from his personal recipe collection. All wedding cakes are delivered and set up by Chef Paul and are placed on a silver plateau (for a returnable deposit). Please call for a personal consultation, and an exceptional cake experience.
