I really like what Ana from Sew it seams did to my dress .Amazing job/ Other tailors refuse to even look at that dress it was so complicated. I just read the other reviews and not even sure we are talking about same business . Ana was so nice and kind and professional. Very impressive job, she save my dress and a big day !!! Thanks!!!

My Niece bought her dress from Brichhouse Bridal and they referred us to Ana...WHAT A BIG MISTAKE...she was rude and we thought that her dress fit fine...just need some hem work done, however, Ana told her that it needed much more work then that....she basically took the whole dress apart and put it back together...cost a fortune and when all was said and done the design in the front bottom of the dress was totally crooked...she SAID that's how the dress was from the beginning ...WRONG...was too late to do anything about that...Then THIS IS WHAT SENT US OVER THE EDGE...my Niece took her dress back to have it hierloomed...and we didn't hear back from her for a while....finally she called and when my Niece went to pick it up...her veil was missing and the shoes were not steady in the box...just laying all over the dress...SHABBY WORK.....SO HORRIBLE I cant even tell you...when she told her that she said well I don't know what happened to it...she said that she sends the dresses out of town to have it done...NOT HER FAULT...WHAT!....REALLY....I took it over from here and told her that she needs to order her another veil just like the one that she had..and have the whole thing hierloomed again...in the meantime...this is very sad..my Nieces husband had passed away...very, very, sad...I told Ana this and asked her to please handle this for me and not to call my Niece because it would be to hard for her to deal with....ya would have thought that she would have had some compassion ...NOT THIS WOMAN...I had to keep calling to see if the veil was in and finally she said it was....WELL IT WAS THE WRONG VEIL...I was livid...went to brickhouse and told them to look up the veil that my niece had ordered and to LETS GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME....many more weeks went by and the veil came in .....when I went to get it...I told her that I wanted her to send it all back and have it heirloonmed again...she said that my niece had only put down half or a deposit for the heirlooming and that WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY the other $75.00 before she did it...WHAT....AFTER ALL OF THIS DUE TO HER INCOMPETENCE ....I told her that I am not going to pay her another cent..and that she needed to send it back and do it the right way...she refused and I picked up the horribly packaged dress and the veil and walked out of the door....she is a disgrace not only as a business owner, but as a person...heartless person....

I went to Ana in order for her to show me her bid for alterations. She was haughty from the very beginning and even mentioned that her own kids dont want to live by her. Whenever I asked questions during the bid, she dismissed them as unimportant, even when they made sense and would have cost me less. She became frustrated when I asked for time to consider the bid (IT WAS MORE THAN MY DRESS COST). She then made it clear that "She doesnt allow customers back into her fitting room more than once." She also said as I was leaving, "I need my time for more important bride." Are you serious?? Terrible customer service. I do not care how good she is at her job, I would feel it inappropriate to hire someone with such poor character. I would NEVER recommend her to do alterations, I would actually tell someone to go ANYWHERE else.
