Used Serendipity Studios (aka Big Dream Productions) It was a very simple job a talking head with T/D on the screen. After paying the COD of $2200 then receiving the videos with an error message (Char. Rec) flashing throughout the entire 4 days of video. I mention the problem to Travis and he gives me this BS excuse that if you want the T/D then the Char. Rec flashes. "No way around it" I called Canon, the manufacurer of his camera, and with 2 min they inform me on how to solve the problem. You would think he would at least give me a discount or refund. No, his solution was to give me a discount the next time I am in Boise. Guess what? I haven't been in Boise for a long time and probably won't be for a while. In the meantime he has changed the name of his company. Advise see your video before you give these guys your money.
