Lets start by telling you that if you actually follow thru with booking your party here, be very carefull. The event planner has many years of experience in deceiving good hearted people. Ask as many questions as possible, get any verbal agreements in writing. This woman is out to get every penny she can, any way she can. She has no food or alcohol license of any kind. The staff is treated horribly but do not know better due to their young age. And what ever you do, DO NOT agree to pay any kind of deposite for having the bartenders their. I was told that they are a private party. Good Luck!

Hello my name is Audrey and I am the event planner at Santa Anita Banquets here to make sure my dignity is withheld and left untarnished. I would first like to say that I normally would not respond to negative remarks, however after seeing the over-exaggerated reviews on this site I am taking the time to express my thoughts. I am a Professional Event Planner who has worked at Santa Anita Banquets since 2002, almost a decade of experience. I have planned well over 1,000 events and have always strived to be the best Event Planner in this business. I take pride with the services I offer and I work hard to make every event I plan special for my clients. I am a mentor to many young adult females who look towards making a career as an Event Planner. I am a person who gives back to the community and I sponsor and mentor teens and young adults who are less fortunate in inner city areas. My team and I all work very hard on a weekly basis and it does hurt me to see that my integrity is being defamed on this website. I would like to state that there are always two sides to a story and if anyone wishes to hear my side I am more than happy to inform you of it at (626) 461-0313. I can also refer you to multiple clients that have been greatly satisfied with my services who are more than happy to share with you their wonderful experience. Our location is beautiful and we offer great service while accommodating to your budget, which is why you should not let “a few bad apples” spoil your opportunity to have the best event you could have.

"Sweet 16 Birthday Party"

I recently had my daughters Sweet 16 at Santa Anita Inn and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were decorated beautifully. Audrey and her staff were amazing. The display of the candy table, cake and tables were ELEGENTLY decorated. My daughter was so Surprised and blown away at the way the room looked that there were no words to explain how happy we were with the outcome. The food was great. Thank You AUdrey for making my daughters day special. I am still getting phone calls on how lovely my dughters party was from all my 129 quests. Love, Kehau, Daisy and Ramon Villasenor

The service at this place is horible! Not only do they rip you off but their service is insulting. Their staff is not friendly at all and the planner is so unprofessional. Just save your money and time and dont go to this place. Would not ever recommend it to anyone.
