Nicole worked fine with me on setting the date and taking our money for our pictures. When our wedding day came, she was an hour late and in fact it was not even Nicole. She sent somebody else since I assume she double booked our day. So we don't have any getting dressed pics with my mom, aunt, grandma and daughters except the ones we staged. After the ceremony I had to make suggestions of poses that were generally taken at all weddings like JUST ME AND MY HUSBAND ALONE at the alter! At the reception she spent most of the time flirting with my brother and then he had to tell her how to adjust the settings on her camera for night time. She hovered around us waiting for a tip, too. We decided that since we were not happy with her service that day and surprised that it wasn't even Nicole herself that we would wait until we saw the pics before we sent a tip. We were promised that sneak peak photos would be uploaded to facebook over the weekend or at least by Monday. Those did not appear until two weeks later. Our reception at home was set for six weeks after the ceremony and she knew this. After multiple emails and calls and broken promises we did not receive our photos on disk prior to our reception. She did give us a link to the photos with free download. This site was the most user UNfriendly and the quality of the files was horrendous. Most of the faces in our pics had shadows on them and random people were in our backgrounds that were to be edited out. It took four hours to download the photos I wanted to my computer. After threatening to write her bad reviews based on her service, she promised me the disk in one week and a free coffee table book of all the photos. Two weeks later I got the disk and have never received the paid for album of all the photos much less this coffee table book! We would not recommend her to anybody! In fact, I reached out to some of her other customers on her facebook page and three of them replied with the same frustrations that we had!!
