"The worst company ever - BUS is broken down in front of my house for the past 5 hrs"

We had 30 students to go out for dinner and dance. The bus broke down and there is no response from the company. I called the owner HAN STRAW and he said do whatever you have to do and he doesn't care. The dirver is about to leave the seen. The bus is still in front of my house and I called the CHP.
