Boyle Heights welcomes the opening of Salon de la Plaza, a newly remolded banquet hall, which includes a full-size commercial kitchen, original hard wood floors and art deco chandeliers. Owner Allen Golden, who grew up in Boyle Heights in the 1950s, envisioned a beautiful space where local families could celebrate the most important events in their lives at a reasonable rate. Salon de la Plaza also offers full event packages, including linen rentals, floral design, décor and catering services.
