This company has unbelievably subpar/dense individuals working there. Here is the back story. I was looking into getting a limo for my husband's 30th birthday. Royal Fleet was running a special that seemed like a great deal. Since it seemed too good to be true and the website offered very little info, I sent an email over to the company with questions like What does the special deal include? What kind of additional charges could I incur? What kind of deposit is required? What is the cancellation policy? Are they fully insured? I thought it would be better to send an email with all my questions as opposed to sending numerous emails. I didn't get a response back so I decided to call. The man I spoke with sounded like a frat boy at 5am on a Sunday morning. I was going through my questions and he recognized me from the email. He then said "Oh yea, I didn't respond to your email cuz I found it annoying.. I dunno... something about it was annoying to me.. yea" I was stunned! I don't care that he found my questions annoying. I actually expected him to. But even the most inept person would know to not TELL the customer they purposely disregarded his/her email because they found the questions "annoying"! A customer service company without an iota of service or common sense should NOT remain in business. If you're really price sensitive, take Royal Fleet's price quotes and ask another company to match it. Don't give Royal Fleet your money!
