I went to Rianne's with my 8 bridesmaids in October 2011 for a May 2012 wedding. We ordered 8 dresses, and all paid in full, totaling over $1400. Rianne's has not gotten the dresses to us yet and the wedding is in 4 days. They kept giving me lies and excuses as to why our dresses were late and finally blamed the post office for losing them in the mail. Yet, they had no receipts that they had ever mailed them to us. Also, they have refused to refund our money. I had to go to Nordstrom last week and buy all new dresses for my girls, and spent more than we had originally. I can't believe they have lied to us for months when they have no proof that they ever ordered the dresses from the manufacturer, no proof that they ever received them from the manufacturer, and no proof that they ever mailed them to my girls. I'm out about $2000 now and the only explanation is that Rianne's stole our money and never intended to give us our dresses that we trusted them to order. Do not trust them, they are liers.
