We, the organization that sponsors the after graduation party for our local high school, had used RHK Entertaiment to book a temporary tattoo artist for last year's party (2012) and had put $150 deposit down for these services. Needless to say, the temporary tattoo artist never contacted us and did not show for the party. We tried to contact Keith by phone with no success and also by email with again no success. We had used Keith at RHK Entertainment since 2009 to book our entertainment for this annual party and never had any problems until last year. We have a copy of the contract and a copy of the deposit check. We have had legal representatives look at it and we may have to pursue legal action against Keith & RHK Entertainment. We are hoping that it will not have to go this far. We have never recevied the deposit back and that is all we are asking for, if we could ever get a hold of Keith, since emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.

We recently hired them to do a superhero party for our little boy. The artist sent by RHK was awesome - full of energy and kept 30 kids fully enthralled. He even went over by 30 minutes since some kids were late in coming and never complained about it. We were extremely pleased - the kids had a great, memorable party.

Having taken the grandkids (4 yrs and 6 yrs) to see the Amazing Spiderman and seeing their positive reaction we thought it would be a great idea to have Spiderman make an apperance at their joint Birthday party. We received several quotes and decided to go with RHK due to their professional response and reasonable quote. Communication between us and RHK prior to the party was excellent, with regard to both RHK themselves and the talent (Spidey and company), who contacted us in advance and introduced themselves. The party went well and Spiderman was a huge hit, as was the face painting! Spidey spent quality time with the kids and everyone had a blast! Overall this was a positive experience and I would highly recommend RHK Entertainment.

I have worked with RHK Entertainment for several years and I have always been very happy with their services. They have always delivered top-notch entertainers who were always prompt, courteouse and (most importantly) a ton of fun for the kids. But. this year, Keith at RHK went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had a great party for my son. Long story short, we had booked a DJ through Keith for my son's pool party and she "flaked" out at the last minute--I was in full panic mode, but Keith worked his magic and got us an AMAZING DJ. Basically, my party was at 10 am and the original DJ called me at 8:30 am to cancel--but, by 9:30 am, Keith had a new DJ at my house and ready to go. What I didn't realize was that when Keith couldn't get in touch with the original DJ for a final confirmation the night before my party, he lined up a back-up DJ just in case. Keith basically worked until midnight with this new DJ to finalize the details for my party. So when I called Keith in a state of panic at 8:30 am, Keith was able to say "don't worry, I got it." It was amazing!! I couldn't have asked for more professionalism or more commitment to excellence. I would recommend RHK to anyone!! Thank you Keith!!

My daughter has loved Yo Gabba Gabba since she was a baby so when she turned 3 this year we gave her a Yo Gabba Gabba style bash. It was at an awesome park in northern VA with lots of food and fun but the highlight was when Foofa from Yo Gabba Gabba made an entrance! RHK entertainment worked with me from day one on fair pricing and when the entertainers got there not only did the character show up and spend lots of time interacting and dancing with the kids they also provided face painting and even Yo Gabba Gabba music. Thanks for making my baby girl's face light up - it was priceless! TNL

I reserved a moonbounce for my daughters party (I had used them prior to this and everything was fine) Anyhow, I received a call the same day stating there was a hole in the moonbounce that I had reserved and they were in the process of finding me another one. I had over 60 kids coming to this party and had promised a moonbouce. I told him I had to look elsewhere last minute because I needed to have a moonbouce there, he said it was fine and I asked if I would get my down payment back of $75.00 and he assured me that I would. This was in April 2011. It is now October 2011 and I have yet to see my refund. Many occasions I called and ALWAYS the same excuse saying I would get my refund this day, then it would be changed to a week later and so on. I was promised a refund through pay pal as well as a check and nothing. Also, as a business owner you would think I would get a phone call from him (Keith) kepping me updated on the issue. Instead, I am the one that has to keep calling and calling. I am finally at my witts end and have already contacted my bank to dispite this charge as well as the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beyond HORRIBLE customer service!!

I hired RHK Entertainment for my son's 2nd birthday party. Theme was yo gabba gabba and the costumes looked great. Performers arrived early and were very pleasant to work with. Children had a blast with characters. Party turned out great. Completely satisfied with their business.
