We wanted an environment that would inspire creativity. This would be a meeting place where people would feel welcome and at ease (recreation)! Our desire was to express and display Art in as many forms as we could possibly could (art). Hair Styling was to be at the center of this innovative concept, were recreation, style and art would melt to bring to our customers a sublime experience. RESTA's (Recreation, Style and Art) soul was born! This was th
