In 2006 Rachel was awarded a blue ribbon for Junkyard Dog as well as a prestigious Court of Honor from Professional Photographers Society of NY State. She won the 2004 Professional Photographers of Santa Clara Valley grant to attend Golden Gate School for photographers.
Along with classes, Rachel regularly attends meetings and seminars to improve her skills. Rachel also volunteers her photographic skills for such worthy causes as Webster Comfort Care, Ronald McDonald House, and supports Children's theater. Rachel is also the Chairperson of Greater Rochester Professional Photographers.
