I was vising a friend who has cancer in Orlando, and since she can no longer leave the house, we thought this would be a perfect afternoon together. I called and made an appointment for 3 of us to get Pedicures, and one of us to get a fill on her nails. I was required to make a deposit through PayPal, which I did in a very timely manner. Quiet Wispers called on the day of our appointment, approximately 15 minutes before they were supposed to show, up and cancelled. We rescheduled for the 2 days later, but again, without even calling to apologize or reschedule or anything, they no ahowed again. I have called the Owner, Karen Smith several times, was assured I would receive a refund, but even that has never happened.
