My mission as a chocolatier is to provide an extraordinary chocolate tasting experience for those who appreciate the distinction between mass marketed and truly exceptional desserts. I do this by using a variety of incredible chocolates and ingredients and by making everything with great care, from scratch, and only to-order. Once you try a cake, tart or small-bite made in this way, you'll never settle for less again! I provide European-style chocolate desserts for any event. I do not do traditional wedding cakes, but instead provide chocolate desserts or cakes to complement the cake.
